Reservations:
A deposit of one night or half the total stay (which ever is greater) will guarantee your desired cottage for the entire period you would like to stay.
Cancellations:
Because of our small size, please realize that cancellations affect us significantly. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation: Deposits will be refunded (less a $30.00 fee per cabin) if cancellation is received not less than 28 days prior to expected arrival. If cancellation is received within the 28 day period before your stay, the refund you receive is determined by whether or not the cottage is re-rented for the entire block of time you have reserved the cottage.
Refunds are not given for late arrivals or
early departures, no exceptions.
While we truly hope that during your stay the sky is clear, the weather is pleasant, and the seas kindly, all we can guarantee is that the cottage you have reserved will be available during the time you have requested.
Pets:
Dogs are permitted in all cottages.
for an additional charge of $10.00 per dog per night.
